- Accredited degree in architecture
- 0-4 years experience
- AutoCAD proficient
- Working towards Architect’s Registration
- Excellent verbal, written and graphic communication skills
- High aptitude to learn and grasp concepts
- Detail oriented
- Work effectively within a team
- Pluses:
- Familiarity with Sketch-up or other rendering programs
- Knowledge of Revit (BIM)
- LEED® Accredited

- Accredited degree in architecture
- 5-7 years of related project experience
- AutoCAD proficient
- Registered Architect
- Knowledge of building codes/ADA
- Know conventional construction methodologies and how to assemble a building
- Strong detailing ability
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- LEED® experience or knowledge of LEED® concepts desired - LEED® Accreditation a plus
- Responsible for Project Management and client interface
- Lead/assist design effort and coordinate production efforts
- Generate concepts for primary construction systems
- Manage schedule and budget
- Organize workflow
- Anticipate staff resources
- Manage the construction administration process
