  • JUNIOR ARCHITECTURE STAFF/ DESIGNER-
    Taylor Teter Partnership

    • Accredited degree in architecture
    • 0-4 years experience
    • AutoCAD proficient
    • Working towards Architect’s Registration
    • Excellent verbal, written and graphic communication skills
    • High aptitude to learn and grasp concepts
    • Detail oriented
    • Work effectively within a team
    • Pluses:
      • Familiarity with Sketch-up or other rendering programs
      • Knowledge of Revit (BIM)
      • LEED® Accredited
    Work alongside Project Managers/Architects and/or Partners to assist with the development of design and construction documents.

  • PROJECT MANAGER/ JOB CAPTAIN-

    • Accredited degree in architecture
    • 5-7 years of related project experience
    • AutoCAD proficient
    • Registered Architect
    • Knowledge of building codes/ADA
    • Know conventional construction methodologies and how to assemble a building
    • Strong detailing ability
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • LEED® experience or knowledge of LEED® concepts desired - LEED® Accreditation a plus
    • Responsible for Project Management and client interface
    • Lead/assist design effort and coordinate production efforts
    • Generate concepts for primary construction systems
    • Manage schedule and budget
    • Organize workflow
    • Anticipate staff resources
    • Manage the construction administration process
